Payment, Delivery & Return Policy 
 
- Payment: We accept Bank Transfer & Cash on delivery. 
-Delivery: The item will be delivered within 3 days/charges of delivery are not included with total price. 
-If the Item has some alterations requests, the item will take between 14-20 days to be delivered.  
 
-  Return, Exchange & Refund: Proof of Purchas. Any returned items that are not accompanied by an official invoice or reference number will not be accepted.
 - The item can be returned and refunded within 10 days from delivery date. Customer will be charged for delivery. 
Requirements:
- The item must not be worn, altered, perfumed or washed.
- The item with all the original packaging and tags still attached.
- The item on Sale/Special Promotions may not be exchanged/refunded.
-The Item cannot be returned and refunded if there is an alteration request, If the kimono length is less than 57in cannot be returned or exchanged or refunded. 
- Customer should confirm when the refund amount is delivered by signing a delivery note.
