- You can checkout as guest or register. (once you register your name and contact details will be easy to access in the future)

5. Shipping

- Select your shipping options (by a delivery guy “Mandob”) delivery charges are not include with total price.

 

6. Payment

- Cash on delivery or Bank transfer

Sizes & Alterations

- Kindly check size details in product description.  

- Customization to a smaller size is complementary. If applicable. 

- Select your UK body size and your length. 

- We recommend to make the kimono length one inch longer than what you usually wear, because it can be worn in 3 -4 ways. As it is showing in the pictures for each item. 

- Add your (kimono length) upon checkout on the website. 

- Add your customization note upon checkout on the website. Will reply to you if it is applicable or not.  

-The Item cannot be returned and refunded if there is any alteration request, If the kimono length is less than 57in cannot be returned or exchanged and refunded. if there is more alteration more than length.

​How to wear a Kimono? 

​

- You can wear it in many ways as classic look or stylish for everyday look. 

- Intended for a structured fit, can be worn open in front or rapped/collar hidden or showing. 3-4 ways to wear.

Payment and Delivery

​

- Payment: We accept Bank Transfer & Cash on delivery. 

- Delivery: The item will be delivered within 3 days/ charges of delivery are not included with total price. 

- Delivery charges are separate not included with total price of the item. 

- If the Item has some alterations requests, the item will take between 14-20 days to be delivered.

Returns & Refunds

​

- Return, Exchange & Refund: Proof of Purchas. Any returned items that are not accompanied by an official invoice or reference number will not be accepted.

 - The item can be returned and refunded within 10 days from delivery date. Customer will be charged for delivery. 

Requirements:

- The item must NOT be worn, altered, perfumed or washed.

- The item with all the original packaging and tags still attached.

- The item with all accessories if there is any.

- The item on Sale/Special Promotions may NOT be exchanged/refunded.

- The Item cannot be returned and refunded if there is an alteration request, If the kimono length is less than 57in cannot be returned or exchanged or refunded. 

- Customer should confirm when the refund amount is delivered by signing a delivery note. 

- Please note that once your returned item is received and checked, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your request is approved, we will process your new order for exchange and notify you with a new estimated dispatch date of the replacement.

- Collect & Delivery: Please note that delivery / collection costs for returned goods are the customer’s responsibility and will be reimbursed by us only in the case of damaged, faulty or incorrectly supplied goods.
